I have a client who suddenly receives an error msg everytime he tries to download a file using internet explorer. The message is PLUG IN ERROR. When he hits ok, he gets "The plug in did not initialize properly". So he has to use Netscape everytime he needs to download. He has reinstalled ie3 to no avail.
